When does TrendSet take place?

Each early January and early July, TrendSet opens its doors to the specialty trade. The very early date in the information and ordering cycle elevate the event to a meeting place for trends.

Where does TrendSet take place?

TrendSet takes place at the New Trade Fair Centre Munich (in Munich, Germany). The fairgrounds are among the most modern in the world.

Who attends TrendSet?

TrendSet is open only to the trade, not to the general public. Attendees are drawn from the specialty retail trade, the mail order trade and further forms of wholesale trade. Over 30,000 visitors from Germany and neighboring countries visit each fair event.

How much does admission to TrendSet cost?

To visit TrendSet, you can purchase a day ticket or a three-day ticket. Day tickets cost 14.00 EUR each, three-day tickets 20.00 EUR each. Registered trade visitors can purchase their admission tickets in our online shop in advance of the actual fair.

Why am I required to register as a trade visitor?

Registration as a trade visitor assures that all attendees are in the trade, and guarantees for exhibitors and also for the specialty trade that the fair will run smoothly.

How do I register as a trade visitor?

Register right now here as a trade visitor for TrendSet, now with mustermarkt münchen and bijoutex münchen. In addition, you are required to fax along a copy of your company's business registration or a copy of your company's trade registry as proof of your affiliation with the trade. Please fax to the number +49 (0) 89/41 94 33-50. Registration is possible online only up to 14 days before the beginning of the fair event. After this deadline, you can only register at the fair itself.

How do I receive a check-in-card?

After you register successfully, the check-in-card will be sent to you free of charge.

I have received a check-in-card. Can I just come with it to the fair, or do I still have to buy admission tickets?

With your check-in-card, you can order the desired admission tickets online. The admission tickets will be sent to you about six (6) weeks in advance of the fair. The online ordering function ends two weeks before the start of the fair. At the fair, you can show your check-in-card and purchase an admission ticket at the check-in desks (at the entrance halls).

Where and how can I get a fair catalogue and how much does the catalogue cost?

The TrendSet Catalogue is available online using the tool “Exhibitor Search” on the World Wide Web site for the fair (www.trendset.de). When you order your admission tickets online, we will send you a printed version of the catalogue along with your tickets.

What are the opening hours of the TrendSet fair?

1st day: 9:00 to 18:00 h (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
2nd day: 9:00 to 18:00 h (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
3rd day: 9:00 to 17:00 h (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
